Refund Policy for Online Purchases

All Sales Are Final

El Jefe Athletic Gear does not offer refunds on online purchases. Due to the custom nature of our athletic apparel, performance gear, and specialty merchandise, all sales are final once payment is submitted.

Manufacturer Defect Exception

Refunds are only considered in the case of a verified manufacturer defect. If you believe your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for review, the issue must:

• Show clear evidence of a production flaw

• Not be caused by wear, misuse, or customer handling

• Be inspected and approved by our quality team

If approved, El Jefe Athletic Gear will issue either:

• A replacement item, or

• A refund of the purchase price, depending on product availability

Non‑Refundable Situations

• Sizing issues

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage after delivery

• Customization errors based on customer-provided information

• Change of mind

By completing an online purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
